Assignment: Opiod Press Conference

(Trent Nelson | The Salt Lake Tribune) Kelly Howard, who lost her son Billy Perkins, 26, in the opioid epidemic, at a news conference in Salt Lake City on Wednesday Feb. 20, 2019 where Intermountain Healthcare announced a reduction of 3.8 million opioid pills prescribed in 2018.

Looking back the week was weak photo-wise, bookended by a press conference and a February football game.
